Range consisting in no less than 14 models, to meet any possible end-user demand.
Pressed tops with raised edges; high-power burners controlled by cock valves with safety thermocouple and piezoelectric ignition. The sturdy enamelled cast iron grids are suitable for pans even of large sizes.
Electric fan assisted ovens or static gas ones are available; in the “L” (large) version ovens can be fitted with special guides suitable both for GN 1/1 trays and pastry baking pans (measuring mm 600x400). Thermostatic adjustment up to 275°C enables even and quick cookings easily inspectable through the panoramic oven window. The bottom and the runners of the ovens are removable and made of enamelled steel. A zinc chromium-plated grid and an enamelled baking tray are standard equipped. The side base, available in some models can be fitted with GN guides.
